- Vacancy due to high patient demand - current doctors working at capacity and clinic has waitlists of patients
- Doctors are consistently busy and turning away at least 10 patients per day, not including those unable to book online
- Well-established patient base with a mix of young families and older patients
- Two experienced GP's currently at the practice - incoming GP will have immediate patient flow
- Bulk billing for children under 16 and pensioners over 65
- Strong focus on chronic disease management and care plans
- Supported by 1 full-time nurse (5 days per week)
- Two full-time receptionists
- Six consulting rooms
- One treatment room
- Allied health onsite includes physiotherapy and psychology
- Pathology onsite
- Clinic open Monday-Friday 8am-6pm; Sundays 8am-1pm (not required for new GP)

- MBBS or equivalent
- Current AHPRA registration
