- Mixed billing model: bulk billing only for children under 16, DVA card holders and pensioners; private billing for all other patients

- Experienced nursing support: 2-3 registered nurses onsite at all times
- Allied Health services onsite: physiotherapy, psychology, dietetics, pharmacy and pathology
