The Clinic and Role:
- Positions available across Brisbane
- 19AB exemption - suitable for doctors under moratorium
- All clinics operate as bulk billing with a salaried model - no billing pressure
- Flexible hours between 7am-7pm; rostered early/late shifts shared fairly (typically once per month)
- Average 12 - 16 patients per day with strong nurse support; focus on quality care not volume
- Collaborative culture – collegial environment with case conferencing, community focus and regular staff events
- Unique software system across all sites - supports continuity of care and flexible working, including WFH if needed
You:
- MBBS or equivalent
- Current AHPRA registration
- Vocationally Registered GP (FRACGP or FACRRM)
- Passion for continuity of care and working within a community-controlled model
- Interest in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health and chronic disease management
- Team-oriented and collegial, enjoying a supportive, multidisciplinary environment
- Open to working flexible hours and contributing to the ongoing expansion of services
