- Well-established GP-owned clinic serving the area for over 40 years
- One nearby clinic is closing, bringing ~4,000 additional patients
- Active patient database of 8,000 and growing
- 5 GPs currently
- Replace outgoing GP's - one retiring, two relocating to different part of QLD
- Large, bright consult rooms; separate procedure, nurse, and treatment rooms
- Team includes 4 nurses (2 RNs, 2 ENs) and experienced reception staff
- Mixed billing practice - lucrative earning potential
- Private consults $80+
- 15 mins standard consult length
- Pathology on site, radiology across the road, 2 pharmacies nearby
- Allied Health include visiting specialists
