- Private billing model - $95 (item 23) and $160 (item 36); bulk billing for children under 12 and DVA Gold Card holders
- Best Practice software with HotDoc for bookings; optional LyreBird for notes
- Doctors typically see around four patients per hour
- Mix of younger families and older patients with strong patient loyalty
- On-site pathology and nearby allied health, including physiotherapy
