- MBBS or equivalent
- Vocationally Registered GP (FRACGP / FACRRM)
- Current AHPRA registration
- Comfortable working in a bulk billing environment
- Interest in collaborative, team-based care
- Open to supporting or mentoring registrars (desirable, not essential)
- Supportive, GP-led environment with focus on doctor wellbeing
- Long-standing team with experience in registrar training
