• 4 years+ experience within primary, community or urgent care

This compact primary healthcare provider delivers affordable, accessible healthcare alongside an integrated model of care that brings together GP, NP, team nursing, social work, counselling, legal support and whānau navigation under one roof. Rather than referring patients elsewhere to navigate complex systems alone, clinicians work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive the coordinated support they need.
