About the Organisation - Enrolled base of 3,000 patients with mostly pre-booked appointments and some walk-ins
- Multidisciplinary team: 2 Fellows, GP Registrar, Nurse Practitioner, 5 Practice Nurses, HIP, 2 Health Coaches, Kaiāwhina, full admin support, and onsite pharmacy
- Offers over 50 different services including general practice, Whānau Ora, Pae Oranga, social services, and cross-agency initiatives
