Mō te Whakahaere - About the Organisation
An enrolled based at about 4000 patients, who are provided effective- affordable care and planning; majority pre-booked appointments with some walk-ins.
Centre is stocked with Practitioners, prescribers, registrars, HIP/HC, specialist nursing team, Kaiāwhina (support workers), full suite of admin and an onsite pharmacy. The compound offers over 50 different services across several sectors including social services, Whanau Ora, Pae Oranga and other cross- agency teams.
  
Ko wai koe - About you
You will be able to operate independently, reporting to the practice manager, with the collegial support of the GP Team and its Director. Your passionate about improving patient health, reducing health inequalities, and assessing clinical risk for whānau with complex needs. You value patient and staff health, safety, and wellbeing. You can build rapport quickly with excellent relationship management skills and consider yourself to be a true generalist; experienced delivering care and treatment from infancy to the elder community.
