Billing & Earnings
The clinic primarily operates as a mixed billing practice, with standard consult fees of approximately $80-$120. Bulk billing is offered for children, pensioners, and concession card holders.

• Average Medicare billings: $2,500 per day
• Patient volume: Up to 40 patients per day 
• Guarantee: Negotiable

The clinic is purpose-built with modern, well-equipped facilities, including:

Nursing support is excellent, with 3 nurses on staff (2 onsite daily):

• One nurse dedicated to Chronic Disease Management, Health Assessments, and Care Plans
• One nurse supporting treatment room and general clinical assistance

Patient Demographics
The clinic services a diverse patient base, including: Families, children, middle-aged, and elderly patients.
This provides a varied and interesting caseload for incoming GPs.
