Benefits:
- $250/hour guarantee for the first 3 months, then 65% of billings
- Strong mixed billing model - high private billing base - no patient groups are bulk billed - completely doctors discretion

- Optional: Co-/Primary Supervisor incentives ($250-$500/day)

- Fully equipped for occupational medicine - plenty of occ health work if incoming doctor desires
- Flexible patient load - 20 to 30 per day
- 15-minute standard consults
- Supportive working environment - no KPIs, quality-focused care
- Excellent admin and clinical support:
- 3 full-time nurses
- 5+ admin staff daily
- Onsite practice manager and dedicated IT support
- Additional occupational health support team
- Medical Director + Pracsoft with Heidi Health, eScripts, Automed
- Saturday and Sunday clinics shared across 5 GPs (no hospital on-call)
- MBBS or equivalent
- Current AHPRA registration
- VR GP
- Non-VR GP
- Bonded doctors
- 19AB doctors
- Supervisors welcome - incentives offered
- Interest in occupational medicine, women’s health, or antenatal care encouraged
- Any areas of interest will be supported and encouraged by the practice
