The Clinic and Role:

This is a well-established, community-controlled organisation operating across multiple sites on the Gold Coast and around the QLD/NSW border, with demand driven by recent GP retirements and strong patient growth.

The clinic provides holistic, culturally appropriate care with a strong focus on chronic disease management, preventative health, and mental health. It is particularly well suited to GPs with an interest in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health and long-term patient outcomes.

You will be supported by a multidisciplinary team and structured systems that allow for high-quality, patient-centred care.

• Community-controlled organisation with multiple clinic sites
• Current vacancy due to GP retirements and high patient demand
• Multidisciplinary team including RNs, ENs, and Aboriginal Health Workers
• Broad onsite allied health including psychology, dietetics, podiatry + visiting specialists
• Clinic hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm (great work/life balance)
• Structured 30-minute appointments with protected admin time built in 
• Strong leadership onsite including Practice Manager and senior operational support
• Focus on chronic disease management, preventative health, and culturally appropriate care
• Suitable for moratorium-restricted doctors and bonded doctors

You:

• MBBS or equivalent
• Current AHPRA registration
• VR GP - including doctors under moratorium or bonded obligations
• Interest in chronic disease management and mental health
• Passion for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary environment
• Seeking work/life balance and long-term career development
• Available for full-time or part-time hours
