About the role
The practice serves a substantial and diverse patient population and is supported by a large multidisciplinary workforce, including 16 GPs, experienced nursing staff, clinical support teams, and a comprehensive administrative team.

The role requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week and is designed to support ongoing patient demand while maintaining high standards of accessible, quality primary care.

The practice operates within a collaborative, team-based environment that values clinical excellence, innovation in care delivery, and strong patient relationships.

The skills you bring

• A strong patient-focused approach to care delivery
• An interest in, or experience with, sub-specialty areas such as Women’s Health (desirable)
• The ability to work effectively under pressure
• A strong sense of empathy and respect for people from all backgrounds and walks of life
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a large, collaborative clinical environment
• A commitment to contributing positively to a high-functioning general practice team
