Mō te Whakahaere - About the Organisation An enrolled based of 3000 patients, who are provided effective- affordable care and planning; majority pre-booked appointments with some walk-ins.
In addition to the GP on Leave, the Centre has 2 Fellows, GP Registrar, Nurse Practitioner, 5 practice nurses, a HIP, 2 Health Coaches, a Kaiāwhina (support worker), full suite of admin and an onsite pharmacy. Their key objectives focus on general practice, community health, mental health, outreach and vaccination.

Ko wai koe - About you You will be able to operate independently, reporting to the practice manager, with the collegial support of the GP- Clinical Director. Your passionate about improving patient health, reducing health inequalities, and assessing clinical risk for whānau with complex needs. You value patient and staff health, safety, and wellbeing. You can build rapport quickly with excellent relationship management skills and consider yourself to be a true generalist; experienced delivering care and treatment from infancy to the elder community.
