You value collaboration and understand the importance of working as part of a connected, supportive team. Your approach is grounded in empathy, cultural awareness, and respect for diverse backgrounds, particularly with an understanding of Te Ao Māori. You’re confident in leading care independently when needed, and you thrive in community, primary, or home-based settings.

Identifying gaps in the traditional system, they have striven to foster better care that wraps around whānau and places their wellbeing at the centre. Services include nurse-led clinics, in-home wellbeing support, ACC wound care with no surcharge, and workplace health screening.
